How can you sleep?

How do others cope with infertility.  I'm usually ok, until cycle day 12.  Then the count begins.  My mind fills itself on the idea that this just might be the month.  However, the realistic side of myself (the Debbie Downer) reminds myself that I have been going through this for years and have yet to be successful.
