Important Notes About IVF Cycle Costs

• Insurance does not pay a dime on anything infertility related
• I have a PCA account (money I've set aside for medical expenses) with a balance of $2387.37 that will go towards the medication price
• Additional FET is using a 1 cycle plus 1 FET from ARC; it's only 1,000 dollars more, but if it doesn't work, this is our only chance to try again
• Costs from Fertility Clinic package includes office visits, ultrasounds, blood estrogen levels, Dr. Homm's fees, treatment planning, and injection teaching
• Costs from Louisville Reproductive Center package includes sperm prep, anesthesiologists fee, anesthesia agents, medications for egg retrival, IV fluids, egg culture, fertilization, embryo culture, embryologist's fees for retrieval and transfer and nursing care
